Heat and Cool Options

On my system I only have heat OR cool, not both as options.  Why is this?

Thanks for reaching out and we're sorry for the delay.

We could have a better look of what's happening by checking the following:

• Which Nest Thermostat are you using?

• What type of HVAC system is connected to Nest Thermostat?

• Have you tried checking the steps here on how to change modes?

Also, could you take a photo of your current wiring setup so that we could further investigate what's happening.
