Heat link - No power

Hi, I have a problem with my heat link which has been working reliably until last week. There is 240 volt supply, with no lights on, tried the 30 second button press, tried turning the power off for 10 minutes to see if that helped but nothing has worked, No power to thermostat unit. I think this needs replacing, please can you let me know what I need to do to get a replacement,

Without a doubt faulty, just do as the other users have done, there are dozens on here if you read the posts.

Please answer the following questions:

  1. What type of Nest thermostat do you have?
  2. When was it installed?
  3. Did the issue happen during installation or after installation?
  4. Was it installed by a Nest Pro or by a regular installer?
  5. Does the boiler activate when calling for heat by pressing the Heat Link's button to activate Manual Mode?
  6. Are you seeing any wiring report or error on the thermostat and/or the app?
  7. Have you had any recent power cuts in your area? If yes, has the power been restored?
  8. Have you recently had service or maintenance on your electrical, plumbing, or heating system?
  9. Have you tried any troubleshooting steps before contacting us?
