Heat link failure

Hi

Over the weekend our Heat Link has failed, it isn’t showing any lights at all. After seeing previous posts similar to this I have completed the question set supplied as per the below:

1. What type of Nest thermostat do you have? I have 3rd generation nest learning thermostat with stainless steel ring
2. When was it installed? It was installed in 2021
3. Did the issue happen during installation or after installation? After

4. Are there any lights on the Heat Link? No lights at all

Does the boiler activate when calling for heat by pressing the Heat Link's button to activate Manual Mode? No it doesn’t activate 
5. Have you had any recent power cuts in your area? If yes, has the power been restored? Not that I know of and all power to the rest of the property is normal
6. Have you recently had service or maintenance on your electrical, plumbing, or heating system? No
7. Have you tried any troubleshooting steps before contacting us? Yes, tried reset and power down/back up

8. How many thermostats do you have? 1

 

Can you please advise next steps - thanks

I'm shamelessly following this post, as I have exactly the same issue, and haven't managed to find a way to resolve it.  I hope you get it sorted soon.
