My first Nest lasted about 2 years my second one 4 months same fault heat link fault h71. I am sure I am not the only one with this fault. No help from Google promises to come back in 24 or 48 hours nothing. I give up Google. So I hear the Wiser thermostat is good with good back up. I'll try it
