If it’s not a fuse then the heatlink is dead and will need to be replaced

Like @Brennang07 mentioned, make sure to check all fuses and breakers at the location. To make sure nothing has tripped.
Make sure to also check the boiler, it can sometimes have a separate switch. Confirm if it has power, it should have a status LED or a display that turns on.
If it all seems ok, go ahead and power cycle the Heat Link, if you are comfortable in doing so.
Turn the power off to the Heat Link for a few minutes and then turn it back on. See if it has any reaction after when you press the button on it.

Hi I have same issue and my nest heat link is not powering up. When I connect USB cable it lights up. What can I do to get it fixed.
