Heat link - no lights. Error code H72

Hey my thermostat says error code H72 heat link, the power to the thermostat is off. I've looked at the troubleshooting and done the go to lists. My fuse box is fine. Tried resetting the heat link by pressing the button. Nothing. No lights. Nothing. Really worried, got 2 young children and 1 is really poorly with chest infection. Not looking forward to no heating. Help!
