Heat link not responding

My Heat link isn't responding I keep getting error code h71, I have reset the heat link turn off the boiler several times and it still will not connect to my thermostat.  The light in the heat link is a constant yellow/orange will not flash green or blue. When I reset it, it stays the same colour.

Has anyone else has this problem?

Hey @Chelle0901. It sounds like you need to hold the button a little longer. Try to hold it for 30 - 40 seconds and it should turn blue. Let me know how it goes.

I was doing that. I ended up leaving it all day and then finally was able to reconnect. Thanks for responding.
