Heat link not working

GraceR

My heat link has just stopped working meaning now central heating, not great as have two little ones at home! Error code saying H71 but all advice is to press button to reset light - I have no light - heat link is just dead. For some reason cannot use chat or request a call on Google help either - can anyone help?

Hey @GraceR,

Thanks for reaching out. I'll do my best to get this sorted for you as soon as possible.

Here are some helpful troubleshooting steps:

Press the button on the Heat Link and check if you have any lights on it
Check if the circuit breakers and the switches are set to on
Turn them off and then back on
Press on the button again and check for LEDs

Could you also help me with some answers to these questions?

How long has your thermostat been installed for?
Did the issue happen during the installation?
Is there any error on the Nest thermostat display?
Have you had any power cuts recently?
Have you had any work done on your electrical or heating systems recently?
If yes, was the power properly restored at the fuse board after work was done?
How many zones ( thermostats ) are present in the setup?

Hi  I have the exact same problem   heat link dead, no lights, power going to it is fine(as confirmed by electrician), only controls heat on/off no zones involved,  happened over a week ago, made contact through support email who provided a phone number that does not work and as GraceR states all other contact options appear to be unavailable.  If the heat link is available to buy I have no problem with that as it is over 2yrs old but where can i buy 1??

Thank you. Could you tell us please if you've checked on the breaker switch and fuse box? Any blown fuse in there? Have you tried to turn the breaker switch off and on again? Any difference?

Hi and thanks for your reply. Yes all fuses and trip switches are working perfectly.  Had my electrician in to check all before contacting you and confirmed power is going to heat link.
