My 3rd Generation Heat link has no output to the thermostat, no lights and so the reset button is not working. I therefore have no heating. It is receiving a 240v supply. The power supply was interrupted yesterday for about 5 minutes at about 1000 hrs. The system reconnected itself and continued to work normally until its programmed switch off time at 2300 hrs. The system did not restart the following morning and the thermostat battery was drained. After it was recharged it showed an error code H72. It sounds like this is a common problem for units over 18 months old.
The unit was professionally fitted in February 2020. The electrician who fitted it can not attend until the middle of next week. His prognosis is that the Heat Link will need replacement. How to I start the warranty claim and how do I bypass the thermostat to use the boiler heating controls?

Hi Paul
Sorry to trouble you.
How did you resolve the problem as we are having the same issue?

Hey @Lou66,
Here are some helpful troubleshooting steps:
Press the button on the Heat Link and check if you have any lights on it
Check if the circuit breakers and the switches are set to on
Turn them off and then back on
Press on the button again and check for LEDs
Could you also help me with some answers to these questions?
How long has your thermostat been installed for?
Did the issue happen during the installation?
Is there any error on the Nest thermostat display?
Have you had any power cuts recently?
Have you had any work done on your electrical or heating systems recently?
If yes, was the power properly restored at the fuse board after work was done?
How many zones ( thermostats ) are present in the setup?
