Heat not turning off

My thermostat is not turning off the heat. The fan is running continuously. I had someone to come out to service my HVAC and no issues were found, which lead me to believe that my thermostat is not working correctly. I have not had this thermostat for long. I have two nest learning thermostats, one for the lower levels and one for third/upper level of my home. Anyone else having this problem?

Do you have two separate HVAC systems or just one with a Zone controller?

Can you post a picture of the original thermostat's wiring and the wiring for the Nest?

If you have a zone controller. Please post a picture of it showing how it's wired.

Thanks for reaching out — could you please provide the information asked by Patrick_Caezza? Also, do you see any messages or code on your Nest thermostat or on the app? Try to remove your thermostat display for about 5 minutes to check if your fan will still work.
