Heat pump settings - no cooling

My new Nest is not cooling. The system works fine using the old thermostat. When in Cool mode, it blows warm air. There is a heat pump but no O/B wire. The set up includes Forced Air heat and Electric heat. During set up, I indicated that I had a heat pump, but I don’t see that indicated anywhere in the Home App. I don’t know if the issue is wiring or setup. Appreciate any advice!

Thank you, Patrick. I was able to solve this on my own by moving the white wire into the O/B connection… and designating O for Cooling in the thermostat setup.
