I’ve recently installed a Nest Learning Thermostat.
Y1 G O/B W2 Aux and RH. After installing everything I turned the temp to start the AC. The Heat Pump would turn off after a minute and never come back on but the air handler would continue to blow.
I switched back to my old thermostat and everything works great. Please help!

Hey Jake,
Still having the problem. Upon plugging in the Thermostat and the AC initially turning on the heat pump will start up for approximately 1 minute and cut back off never to come back on until I change it from heat to cool again.

Hi BRab1984,
Are you able to send a picture of your current wire set up? I would like to review that further. Are you showing any error codes on the device? Are you able to check your power readings on the device? There is a chance you may need to install a C wire or a Nest Power Connector as the device is not getting enough power.
Best regards,
Jake
