After installing nest learning thermostat (used for heat) it worked well for 9 weeks. Then it just kept the heat on. Thermostat was set at 62 and house temperature was 90. The outside was 20 degrees to 30 degrees. Is this common?

Hi Jb6616,
Thanks for posting here in the Community forum, and I'm sorry to hear about the situation. No worries, we'll check this out.
Please try to remove the thermostat display from the base, wait about five minutes, and observe if the system still runs or has stopped.
I'll look forwad to your response.
Best,
Zoe

After removing the thermostat, the heat turns off and stops circulating hot water. The burner continues to fire to maintain water temperature in boiler. I have already swapped out burner control unit with a new one and the system still runs constantly.

Hello there @Jb6616! Sorry for the late reply. Can you please let me know if the thermostat is set to Celsius degrees or Fahrenheit degrees? You can check this by going to Settings -> F/C.
Thanks in advance, Oana.
