Heat link non funziona

Buongiorno, il mio heat link di terza generazione non si accende più, è correttamente collegato alla 220v. Come posso contattare Google per la sostituzione?

Before contacting support, there are some things you can try:

  • Press the button on your Heat Link and check if you have any lights on it
  • Check if your circuit breakers and the switches are set to on
  • Turn them off and then back on 
  • Press the button again on your Heat Link and check for LEDs

If it still doesn't power on, contact the Google Nest support team:

  1. Go to Contact Us - Google Nest Help
  2. Select "Thermostats", type a brief description of the issue, then click "Next".
  3. Click "Other", then click "Next step" until you see the contact options.
  4. Choose to get a call or call or chat with the team as available in your country.
