Why is my heating coming on at 4am?? Can’t get to grips with setting a schedule

Hi there,

Thanks for posting in the Google Nest Community forum. I'd love to help. Disabling smart features like Home/Away Assist and Auto Schedule might help. 

You can take a look at this guide: 

1. Go to the Quick View menu.
2. Choose Settings.
3. Look for Home/Away Assist.
4. After that, look for Nest Sense then select Auto Schedule.
