Waiting on heat for 2+ hours

I can't override the wait time on heating.  I set the heat to 70 either manually or from a learned schedule and I've been waiting for over 2 hours for the heat to come on but is maintaining the previous temp of 65.  Any suggestions on how to get it to work?

Try resetting the thermostat.

Thanks for reaching out. I'd love to know more about it: do you hear your furnace kick on when your Nest Thermostat is set to Heat? If yes, do you feel any air coming out of your vent? Also, do you see any messages or code on your thermostat or on the app?
