Heating not coming on

Hi there

I've got problems with the heating triggering.

I can trigger hot water from both the thermostat and the app, but not the heating. It will start ok if I use the wall mounted Heat Link.

I have an oil fired boiler - not combi

Any ideas much appreciated?

Are you saying the heating will work when the Heat Link button is pressed. but no other time?

The water works whatever?

Thanks for commenting. 

It seems it no longer is firing, including from the App, thermostat or the heat link -  just the hot  water this evening 😕 

I'm guessing the issue is with the boiler or heating  system, and not the Nest...?
