Can someone explain why the heating scheduler is so poor?
Firstly it’s not intuitive to use and setting up the schedule is far more complicated and time consuming than it needs to be.
Secondly, if you set a time, then you would expect the heating to stay on for a period set e.g. one hour. Instead, you need to manually then set the time to inform it to turn the heating off. Yet needing additional entries in an already poor UI which takes ages.
Thirdly, if heating is set to come on at a certain time at a certain temperature, if that time has passed and the temperature in the house isn’t low enough to trigger the heating, but then changes to a lower temperature than set, the heating doesn’t come on as the trigger point has passed. Pretty poor!
