Heating to 19 C

My nest thermostat keeps putting the heating up to 19 degrees. We never manually put it to this temperature so I don't understand why Nest keeps putting the temperature to this level.

Thanks for your reply. I recommend that you check if you have any active schedules. Please follow these steps:

• On your Google Nest thermostat display:
  • Go to Settings > Schedule.
  • If you see any active schedules, remove them.
• Then, please restart the schedule:
  • Go to Settings > Reset > Schedule and restart.
