Heating turning on when not scheduled

Hi my nest thermostat keeps waking me up by turning the heating on in the middle of the night to high temperatures,

this is not on the heating schedule, I’ve turned its learning mode off, I’ve kept the safety temperature low and I can not under stand why it randomly turns heating on? Any ideas, I’m try to save money on gas with my fancy nest but it’s ended up costing more! Have had it for a year and always had this problem. Any ideas kindly accepted.

I'm sorry for the late reply and for the inconvenience you experienced when the heating system turned on and woke you up. Let's sort this out!

I understand that this was disruptive, and I want to take a look into it to prevent it from happening again. Do you have the Google Home app installed with your Nest Thermostat? If so, go to the Routines and check for any thermostat actions available. Remove or edit them if needed. This might be the reason it triggers your thermostat to turn on the system unexpectedly. Also, disable Home and Away Assist if you have the Nest app.
