I've had the 3rd generation thermostat for 18 months and it has been working without issue. Suddenly and for no obvious reason, my heating and hot water are not working. The thermostat is blank. I can take it off its wall plate and charge it manually and it comes on. After a whole it says to connect it to the base which I do and it says it is restarting but doesn't come back on. There are no flashing lights.
On the heatlink, there are no lights. Pressing the big button does nothing. I can't get it to manually switch on the boiler. I tested it and it is definitely getting power.
Any ideas, I'm desperate. The temperatures are freezing here and we have no hot water or heating.
Boiler looks okay.
