Hi 

Unfortunately, the thermostat is installed at my mom’s house and I can’t take a photo right now. I will at my next visit.
Yesterday, the internet connexion failed. I received a message telling that there was not enough energy to sustain an internet connexion.
Do you know if there is another way to charge the battery ? Two weeks after beiing plugged, the indication «low battery» was still showing….

Thanks for the response. It's possible that your Nest Thermostat might need a C wire to get constant power. You can click on this link to learn more about this.

Thank you for the response. I installed a C wire and the problem is resolved. 

I try to find a Nest power connector in store but is was not possible in my region. I could only buy one in line with delivery in about two weeks. It would have been my preferred solution but the delay was too long. Installation of a C wire was not complicated in my case
