Power connector for nest thermostat

I have the power connector installed but when I try to do the power connector test it always says it can’t be done at this time. Try again later. I get this message even when heat is not running.

Fan won’t shut off

This is the second best I have installed and am having same issue so thinking it could be a setting that I am missing. When thermostat is off, blower continues to run. How can I fix?

Nest thermostat and Alexa
