Thermostat says heatings on but the boiler is not on.
Thermostat and the app say that the hot water is on. The boiler is not on. I can manually turn the boiler on from the wall mounted square box. But the thermostat on the app I’m not controlling the boiler what do I do.
Broken tabs on thermostat display
The display on my nest thermostat has two broken tabs and my nest falls off the wall really easily. Is there a replacement for just the back cover?

Nest thermostat lost connection to WIFI
Yesterday, out of the blue my nest thermostat lost connection with WIFI and now wont find any networks. Allmy other WIFI devices working fine but have reset router anyway. Also tried resetting the thermostat with no luck. Any ideas please?
