Nest thermostat wires for heat pump Blow Hot

Hi

I Need help on Nest Thermostat with heat pump system 

after wires with Nest Thermostat i got hot air

Thankssssssss

 

my original wires

G  -  Green

C - Blue 

R - Red

y  with jumper w1 - Yellow

W2 and E - White 

O -  Orange

Do not use any jumper wires on the Nest.

Try white to W2.

The OB is what changes the unit to Heat or A/C mode, so if it is wrong you have to change the function of OB wire.

Post pic of the Nest wiring.

Leave White wire disconnected and try the A/C mode.

If blows hot, change the O/B function in Nest settings until A/C works and blows cold.

Then once AC is working, now try turning on Heat to see what happens.

If you get heat with white wire still disconnected then the heat pump is working normal.

After the heat pump problem is solved you need to figure out is the White wire for emergency electric backup heat?
