Got Two thermostats and one is perfectly working (downstairs) and the other which is connected the room is not working , getting an error massage H71 it says cannot connect to the Heat link. Tried testing the electrics and all fine. Tried to reset as instructed but no LED light lights up.
wonder how this can be fixed.
