My Heatlink has failed.

No lights on despite power being on

Hi @Killerhales

If you try rebooting it and still no lights are showing up, you should reach out to Google Nest Support.

Thanks. I actually had a spare Heatlink so have switched the faulty one out. Can I get a refund on the faulty one and how would I go about arranging that?

Hi there @Killerhales! I'm sorry to hear about your Heat Link malfunctioning but I'm here to help you. To first answer your question, a refund won't be possible for your faulty Heat Link but after a few questions I'll be more than glad to set up a replacement for it. Below you have the set of questions and a few troubleshooting steps I need you to confirm:

Are you seeing any wiring report or error on the thermostat and/or the app?
Have you recently had service or maintenance on your electrical, plumbing, or heating system?
Have you tried any troubleshooting steps before contacting us?
How many zones are present in your setup?
Were there any power outages recently?

Check for all the breaker switches to be on.
Turn the breaker switches off and then on again.

@RXShorty, hello to you too, and thanks for your input. It's appreciated, as always.
