Heatlink not working. Only powering up through direct USB connection.

No heating from today. Thermostat powering up and connecting to heatlink when heatlink connected to USB. If no USB to heatlink, no lights on. Heatlink says manual but boiler not coming on.

BOiler is working (hot water working. It is not connected to heatlink)

Who can I contact for a new heatlink - have read posts here about similar problem and new heatlink sent out by Nest

I have a similar problem but it seems as if no-one replied to this. Did you resolve it?
I have to say, Nest is not very reliable is it? The predictive bit just doesn't work. it was turning on the heating in the middle of the night.
