Heatlink not working

Hello, our heatlink stopped working suddenly at the end of January so we are unable to switch on our central heating. How do I source a new heatlink?

I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble with this. No worries, we'll check this out. What type of Nest thermostat do you have? What is the color of your Heat Link's light? What troubleshooting steps have you done before calling us? When was the thermostat installed? Is this a replacement thermostat display? Also, what country are you located in?
