Would appreciate your help.
Recently moved into a new home that has a 3rd gen Heatlink. All was working fine until yesterday. Heatlink completely not working and no hot water or heating. Not great timing! No light on the Heatlink and won’t switch heating in manually.
I’ve seen some issues with Heatlinks and that they might need to be replaced. Can you please advise asap as currently freezing!

Hi there and thanks for reaching our Community. I'm really sorry to hear about your issue, but I'll do my best to help you out. I'll need to document the case a bit, so please answer the following questions:
How long has your thermostat been installed for?
Did the issue happen during the installation?
Is there any error on the Nest thermostat display?
Have you had any power cuts recently?
Have you had any work done on your electrical or heating systems recently?
If yes, was the power properly restored at the fuse board after work was done?
How many zones are present in the setup?
Additionally, have you tried to press on the button on the Heat Link to see if any LED lights come on or checked the fuse box to see if all the breakers are up?
