Heatlink replacement malfunction

Late last year our heatlink stopped working and was removed by our boiler technician in order to be able to continue heating our home. Shortly after this we were contacted regarding a heatlink fault and that replacements were being supplied. As we were moving home we recieved the heat link early this year but did not install it at our old residence. The replacement heatlink and original thermostat were installed in our new home approximately 4 months ago, this week the heatlink has stopped working again. We have tried resetting it and have had it confirmed there is power to and from the heatlink and the lights indicate it is calling for heat however it is not. We are able to turn the heating on in commissioning mode only currently. 

please advise how we can resolve this

Hi there, thanks for reaching out! Could you tell me what's the color of the light on the Heat Link? Also please go near your Heat Link and turn the heating on from the app and let me know if you hear a click. You should hear a click when you turn on the heating and another click when you turn it off. Just to make sure that the relay is working properly, please try that 5 or 6 times and let me know if you hear a click at every command.
