I have a Nest Learning Thermostat 3rd gen. I have connected the Heatlink to the boiler and the mains, and then the blue light starts blinking. But as soon as I connect the second wire on the base (the round base with a blue level), the blue light goes off, and doesn't come on again. When I try to pair on the Nest, I finally get error H72.
It sounds like the base is short circuited. When I measure the resistance over the connectors in the base (when it's just lying on the desk), it is indeed almost 0. Is my base faulty? Or is there anything else I can do?
