Hello, I am getting an h2 heat link error on my thermostat. I need help connecting it please.

Thanks for reaching out. Please check the LED lights on the Heat Link and let me know what you see. Also, what options do you have on the thermostat display? Let me know so I can help you properly.

Thanks for reaching out. We're sorry to hear that. Could you tell us please when did the situation start occurring at first and when was the thermostat installed? Also, please send me a picture with the Heat Link and with the display.
