Help!!! My thermostat is not connecting to the heater! First time this ever happens:(

• My thermostat was working just fine and suddenly it stopped connecting to the heater. Please help.

I had this issue and it took a lot of problem shooting to fix it, have you done a wire check to see if all wires are receiving power? Check for error codes or if the batteries are dying? 

my issue was with the wiring I believe but I did factory recent my device as well.
