We bought a new home on Friday. It has two Nest thermostats - one for radiators/hot water and the other for the underfloor heating in the kitchen.
The underfloor heating one keeps heating the kitchen to a tropical 24 degrees C no matter what temp is on the schedule or what number we move the dial to.
What can we do? The cat thinks she’s in heaven but the rest of us are suffering and it must be costing us millions.

Hi @TooHotKate,
Thank you for reaching out to our support community and congratulations on your new home! It sounds like you've got a bit of a "hot" situation in your kitchen, though – your cat's loving it, but I totally get why you'd want to bring those temperatures down to a more comfortable level. Let's get that sorted for you!
These types of problems are quite common, and it's understandable that they generate energy expenses that you don't want. For that reason, I'd like to ask you a few questions so I can provide you with troubleshooting steps.
Please feel free to share any additional details you think might be relevant.
Best regards,
Eduardo
