Help pleass

I posted last week to say my thermostat not connected to wifi. I tried to disconnect and start again as instructed. It still not connected. I have had covid so too unwell to respond and you closed my query.

I would be really grateful if someone can please help me.

If it used to connect to WiFi, but no longer does, and the re-setting does nothing, this is a known error at Nest.  I had it happen myself on 1 of my 3 thermostats.  Contact Google/Nest support (I used chat) and they will send you a new unit.  You return the old one in the same box.  Then all will work again.

Hi I am having the same issues, I’ve done a full factory reset on both router and the thermostat, but to no avail.

I am also having issues with the thermostat being sluggish and crashing, Any help from anyone would be amazing please
