Help with wiring a google nest thermostat

I'm trying to install my nest thermostat and it says it's not compatible. I talked to a hvac guy and he says it can be installed. Here is a Pic of my current set up, anyone know how to make it work?

Give this wiring a try

Blue - C to C

Red - Rc to R (jumper not needed)

Black - S1 - not used, tape off

Brown - S1 - not used, tape off

Orange - O/B to */OB

Yellow - Y to Y

Green - G to G

White - AUX/E to W (set as aux heat)
