History not showing hours

I have 2 operating in different houses. One shows the usage history and the other does not-I have to click on the day to get a picture of the usage but not the actually daily hours. Why the difference and how do I get the history to show the fail hours usage automatically.

Thanks for reaching out. I'm sorry for the delay. A few questions: what type of Nest Thermostat do you have? You can visit this link to check what type of thermostat you have. Did you perform a hard restart on your thermostat before by pressing and holding it for 20 secs?
