I have been having issues with the Home & Away Assist for quite some time now. When I'm out, the heating has obviously been on, as seen on smart meter & activity. When I'm home (all day) it goes cold, look on phone to check & it's gone to away, whilst still showing orange (on) actual Nest control itself. Am so fed up with this issue, so contacted a little while ago, but got the impression that the person on other end of 'chat' didn't want to bother with me as he typed in twice...."I don't want to rush you, are we still connected" really! This is the Customer Service yes? So mot received a reply or solution to my problem. Not happy.
