The NEST was installed on Saturday and it worked perfectly until overnight.  I woke up to 67 when the  thermostat was set at 70.  Now it comes on for about 45 seconds, and then goes off for about a minute and then repeats the process. All the while the temperature in my home remains at 67 or is lowering.

When you have a moment reply with images of how the old thermostat was wired as well as how the new one is wired. There may be clue there that will help resolve this for you.
