Home family member cannot join after factory reset on thermostat and deletion on everybodys app.

Factory reset thermostats, everybody deleted and reinstall apps.  Invited previous household members. They get already household member but cannot see thermostats.

Please make sure that the previous household members you invited are logged in to the right account. If the same thing happens, please try to login to their account on a different phone or table.
