Honeywell Condo thermostat to Learning Nest - Need help with wiring

Hi - I have a condo Honeywell thermostat with wiring for multi speed fan to the thermostat. I intend on running the fan 24x7 on high if that helps. Any help would be welcome on the wiring to a gen 3 Learning thermostat.

Thanks for posting here in the Community forum and for showing interest in our Nest Thermostats.

Thermostat terminals of 1, 2, and 3 mean that your system is proprietary. Proprietary systems aren’t compatible with Google Nest Thermostats. However, some proprietary systems can be rewired by a pro installer to be compatible.
