Honeywell heat pump to Nest wiring

I have a Honeywell heat pump and I am facing cooling issues after installing the Nest learning thermostat. I might have wrongly installed the wiring and need help. I have 6 wires (Aux/E, G, O/B, C, Y, R, Rc) and an R/Rc jumper (see image below).

  1. Aux/E -> Do I connect this to W2/Aux or *?
  2. G-> G
  3. O/B-> O/B
  4. C->C
  5. Y->Y1
  6. R (with a jumper to Rc)-> Do I connect this to Rh or Rc?

without knowing the manufacture of your heating and cooling system it’s hard to tell you what to energize the reversing valve. They will  energize in either cool ( most common) or in heat. This is a honeywell Rth  series thermostat it has the jumper wire between r-rh which isn’t needed with the nest. Also the rth series uses aux/e for both functions If you place the white wire on w1 red to r you should be in business
