Honeywell to nest

Hello, I recently installed out nest learning thermostat at our house but I can't seem to get it to work properly. Heat blows out cool air, cool blows hot air. Both heat and cool don't seem to blow out as much air as it used to with the old thermostat. Clearly I've done something wrong.

Here's the old thermostat:

So basically, how do I properly wire this on the nest learning thermostat?

This is how I would wire it.

White - AUX to W2/AUX (jumper to E not needed)

Green - G to G

Orange - O/B to OB

Blue - B C to C

Yellow - Y to Y1

Red - R to Rc (jumper to Rc not needed)

You should also reset it to factory defaults and set it up again

Sure. One final question.
Is it possible to save multiple schedules? I really only need 2 for warm and cold weather.

Hi 3dwally,

Thanks for the response. You can create 1 schedule each for heating and cooling. You can click on this link to learn more about this.

Thanks,

Edward
