I've got a 3rd Gen Thermostat controlling my system boiler and monitoring my hot water cylinder. I've recently noticed the value for the hot water temperature not updating and being unrealistic (14.5Cwhen I know the tank is hot). I've just rebooted the thermostat and now in the App I have no temperature reading displayed at all.
I had the boiler serviced 10 days ago and I'm starting to wonder if the two things are linked.
Does anyone know how to bring the temperature value back?

So, I've managed to fix the issue! 😁
After figuring out how to get into my boiler, I was able to find the connection of the temperature sensor to the rest of the boiler wiring. Unplugging and re-plugging this connection has brought the temperature value back to the app.
I think I'm realising that this was more than just an inconvenience, it probably meant that during periods of Hot water heating, the boiler would never know when to stop heating as it had no feedback from the hot water cylinder. Fortunately, the schedule is only set to heat water in 30minute chunks.
