Hi I’m very new to thermostat, I just realized the water heating is on outside of scheduled hours and can’t be switched off no matter what I do. Can anyone suggest any solution?
also the electrician who installed my system is kind of messed up the settings on nest App for the heating control so not sure if that affect hot water as well? Many thanks

Hi there, thank you so much for reaching out. Can you tell me if you have this issue since the installation?

Also I just switched on boost on hot water ( it’s heating control indeed as I posted in previous message) it’s show ON but color is still in grey ? It supposed to be orange when it’s on usually.

Yes. also the heating isn’t following the schedule.
the pink highlighted part it’s NOT hot water, it’s indeed heating control for studio, room4 and room 5. So far it’s this part have problems :

Sorry to correct what I wrote:
He installed one thermostat on the first floor in the boiler room just to control hot water. It seems follow the scheduled time so far. apart from it did heated outside of scheduled time once. It’s been 1 week since it’s installed so far. And problems happens right after the installation.

Hello @june777, thank you so much for reaching out. This one is a strange behavior indeed. In regards of the hot water icon on the app, this one may be considered as an interactive feature so not always may be orange when the hot water is on.
In regards to the hot water being heated outside the schedule: Can you tell us if you have the bacteria prevention feature enabled?
