Hot water heating not working after changing WiFi network

Hi,

Just changed WiFi network yesterday as we have a new broadband provider.

Since then water isnt heating either to the schedule or by boosting via app. However, heating to radiators is fine.

I'm not looking forward to a cold morning shower!

  • What Nest thermostat model do you have? For your reference, you can check out this article on how to tell which Nest thermostat you have.
  • Does the thermostat display show any error codes or messages?
  • When did the issue first occur?
  • When was the thermostat installed?
  • What is the make and model of your heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) equipment?

Magically the issue resolved itself....dont know how, but we have hot water.
