Changed broadband provider so had to input new network on 3rd generation thermostat. Since, hot water icon disappeared from thermostat and from Nest app. Can now only get hot water by using manual override. Had plumber check over system which is fine. Any ideas?

Try this, Settings - Equipment - Pro Setup - Continue - System Boiler
When there make sure the 'Control' says On/Off

Try resetting. Go into that section again, but this time leave as ''Not Connected''
Then leave that part, and go to Technical, and restart, do the restart in Technical not any other way.
The return to the Pro section, and set as on/off.
Double check when you leave it says on/off as sometimes it does not set.

Thankyou for suggestion. Control is set to on/off, so no further forward unfortunately.

Many thanks for your advice. I re traced your original suggestion and I now have my hot water icons visible again. Seasons greetings to you!
