How can I turn off the annoying ECO completely, like it doesn’t exist!😀

The major annoyance/inconvenience is that it auto changes the temperature whether we wanted to change it or not.  We find ourselves either freezing or overheated and perspiring by the time we realize the temperature has changed.

Please share, how we turn it off completely?
