How do I disable Eco mode??!!!!! None of the instructions here are helpful - they don't work

There has GOT to be a way to stop my thermostat from changing the temperature I set by going to Eco mode.  None of the instructions on this site are applicable - they all say to adjust options I do not have!  Is the only solution replacing my thermostat?

You need go in to the Google home app, go to automation, find the away routine l and remove the thermostat action.

That isn't an option in the Google Home app OR the Nest app.

The top 2 automations on that screenshot do not appear on my list of automations.
